One thing Abigail and her momma share in common, other than their gorgeous blue eyes, is their admiration of the Beatles and the song, “Yellow Submarine”. Abigail’s eyes lit up as soon as I changed my Pandora radio station to The Beatles and the studio filled with familiar classics. Her cake was perfect. A yellow submarine cake with rainbows, and a hint of Abigail’s favorite color, pink, made her day. Abigail’s grandmother, Brandi of Custom Created Cakes by Brandi happens to be my awesome cake baker and created this gem of a cake for her birthday celebration session. This cake, paired with the perfect dash of rainbow colors and a full tutu made for a perfectly adorable portrait session.
