This will be our 10th annual Simply Santa Sessions event held in our simply cozy studio in Chandler, AZ. How do I know if I'm a VIP client or Elf Pass Holder?
VIP clients are those clients who are currently enrolled in the Little Lamb First Year Collective or completed the collective in 2025. Elf Pass Holders are those clients who attended the Simply Santa Sessions event last year and purchased the Signature Session Santa package. Both the VIP clients and Elf Pass Holders move to the front of the line & get first choice at the opportunity to book their spot.
Frequently asked questions
How many images to I get when I upgrade to the full gallery on the Simplicity Session?
The number of images delivered varies because several factors like the number of children in your group, whether or not your child is having a challenging time, and poses we're able to accomplish. An upgrade does not increase the amount of time received, but the number of images. This can be up to 20 but absolutely no less than 5.
Will Nutcracker sessions be returning this year?

What if my kid cries?
Don't worry! I know it's easier said than done but the beauty of these sessions vs. a mall Santa is flexibility, atmosphere, and patient, experienced talent. We will not force your child to pose with Santa, but we will try our best to gain their trust through play and reassurance.
What do we wear?
As we get closer to our event, tips on what to wear for your Santa Session will be emailed to clients who have secured their spot. This email will include links to current seasonal outfits by popular retailers at various price points. Many parents found this guide to be super helpful because all they had to do was click to purchase and they were ready. Other clients like to have personalized outfits made ahead of time which also looks adorable. The sooner you can shop, the better.
How long will it take to receive my images?
Contractually, images will be delivered within 2 weeks from your session, with VIP & Elf Pass holders editing done with priority. However, historically, we have been able to turn galleries around within a week.
