Of all the first year of milestones, the first birthday milestone is the most momentous.  You have literally grown a human being, birthed them (in one form or another), and loved and cared for them for an entire year.  Of all the things you’ve accomplished in life, this first-year milestone by far is the biggest.  I’m sure there were even times throughout the year when you may have even felt unqualified.  You may have even surprised yourself by how little sleep you can function.  It’s downright miraculous.  But you’ve done it.  You’ve crossed the first mile marker in the marathon of parenthood.  And mama, you deserve a reward.

The clothing for this session is borrowed from my studio wardrobe and is available for use with your Signature Session.
